Ethan had his birthday last week and turned 10. He is such a fun kid that is a joy to have in our family. He's the dare devil and the one quick to give a hug. This is how nice he is: he wanted a Lego cake for his birthday and when he saw this one he exclaimed, "You are the best cake maker in the world! You should go on that Cake Boss show (we had seen it in the hotel on our trip this summer--very impressive cakes)." I'm glad he was satisfied with the end result and that he was so kind to compliment my efforts.
