Another Year Gone By

Jakob turned 12 this weekend!!! It's hard to believe. Today he was ordained a deacon and in 2 weeks he'll get to pass the sacrament for the first time. It really is hard to believe that I have a 12 year old son. I can still remember holding him in my arms as a newborn.
Can I say that I really love my kids choices in cakes and how it shows their personalities? Who can guess what this is and name everything shown? Jakob can. He's my geography buff:)

I like reading things like this one. It gives me hope in the world of teenagehood that my first baby boy will be entering soon. He turns 12 this month and I still can't quite grasp that fact. Life is in full swing for us with school-3 different ones, soccer, scouts, piano and soon dance. Clara is lonely while the others are at school and wakes (or usually woken up by me) up and says "Time to get the kiddos?" Life is good.
